Global Academy of Automotive Retail Excellence (GAARE) headquartered in Pune, is a pioneer institute in the Automotive Retail Industry. The first session of the advanced diploma in automotive retail sales will commence from July 2015 and each batch will have a total of 200 students while entrance tests will be conducted from April 20, 2015. Each student is given the guarantee of a job at the end of the course with placements promised either in India or in the Gulf region.
Students are trained in fundamental and latest automotive technology to instill proficient product knowledge. A well equipped library provides students with needed knowledge material. Faculty personnel have more than 20 years of experience. Faculty at GAARE includes highly experienced and globally acclaimed persons who possess strong automotive background. Students will be given sound knowledge on the automotive retail environment while the course includes both theory and practice sessions conducted by industry experts and academicians. GAARE has a state of the art infrastructure of the latest in teaching facilities.
Students will be given 1 month training at premium automobile dealerships. The institute looks to add training for vehicle workshop, aftersales support while talks are also on to get these courses certified by Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC).
Curriculum includes subjects that ensure overall development of job ready professional sales consultants. Subjects include: Automotive Technology; Persuasive Communication; The Art of Selling; Personality Development; Customer Relationship Management; and Sales Business Management.
