The role
Own reception-to-delivery for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Translate technical work into clear guest communication while protecting workshop throughput and CSI.
Responsibilities
- Receive vehicles, capture concerns and estimate work
- Liaise with technicians and parts for accurate timelines
- Explain invoices and recommend care packages
- Drive CSI and timely job-card closure
Requirements
- Prior experience as a service advisor in a dealership
- Familiarity with DMS / workshop workflows
- Calm, precise communication under pressure
